Questioning Yourself As An Entrepreneur

When you are always on the go in your small business, it can be hard to find the time to take a step back and question why you are doing it, and how you got there. But it’s important if you want to improve upon your business or yourself as an entrepreneur.

Co-Host Sharon DeLay takes control of the microphone in this episode, interviewing host and small business consultant Mary McCarthy about the questions she asks herself and her clients to get the best results. The pair continue a conversation that started in last week’s episode, Two Words That Can Make You A Better Entrepreneur featuring Jason Feifer, the editor-in-chief of Entrepreneur Magazine.

“When something arises that is not going the way I think it should go, I like to ask: ‘What is it that is happening and why is it not going the way that I thought?’ So I can get a clearer picture, because there may be some things that I didn’t find out. I didn’t research well enough. I didn’t ask the proper questions. ~ Mary McCarthy
